Rosebank MTN is where I got my contract with a Samsung galaxy Xcover 2, which I realised after 10 days it came with just 1 GB of built in memory the service provider refused to help me & said I have to send the phone in with the original packaging it could take 3 days up to 3 months to get my phone back I need a new hand set because this thing is supposed to have 4 GB built in ram and this is how it advertised on the Samsung web page

Handset I have only has 1.08 Gb memory (that's less then half)
The manager at Rosebank says that I should have checked the phone in 7 days for a replacement but the thing works fine excepts for 3 GB of memory shy, they too admit it is a Samsung manufacturing fault so why must I keep the faulty unit I want it replaced with a new one they refuse to even check that the other stock units they have are not the same
