ON 2/10/2013 I WENT TO THE WALK IN CENTRE AT MTN CENTURY CITY TO SIGN UP FOR AN UPGRADE.
I CHOSE THE SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 WITH THE ANYTIME 200 PACKAGE. IN THE OCTOBER CATALOGUE IT STATES THAT WITH THIS PACKAGE THE PHONE COMES WITH A 32GB BUILT IN MEMORY. THE PHONE I WAS GIVEN ONLY CAME WITH 16GB. I AM AWARE THAT THE MEMORY VARIES 16GB, 32GB AND 64GB. WHEN QUERYING THIS AT THE WALK IN CENTRE ON 08/10/2013 I WAS TOLD THAT IT HAS TO BE A PRINTING ERROR. AND TOLD TO CONTACT SAMSUNG. THE CONSULTANT BECAME VERY AND MADE NO EFFORT TO HELP ME WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT WHETHER IT IS A PRINTING ERROR OR NOT I SHOULD RECEIVE A PHONE WITH A 32GB BUILT IN MEMORY JUST AT THE AD SAYS. I DONT HAVE THE TIME TO KEEP GOING INTO THE WALK IN CENTRE THE LINE IS A LONG WAIT (1 HOUR) I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED THEM ON 11/10/2013 BUT WAS DIRECTED TO THE CALL CENTRE AND WAS TOLD I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A 32GB PHONE. PLEASE ASSIST.
