It's absolutely shameless how poor Vodacom reception is in South Africa.
We travelled for a month and 70% of the time we had very little or no 3G.
Vodacom however sent numerous text messages to my mobile daily trying to get me to pay 0.50 cents to buy more text messages and data. But we never requested this service.
Calls dropped frequently and also calls did not disconnect after you terminate the call.
It's truly a big Vodacom is running in South Africa.
The only place we had proper 3G in South Africa was the Union Building that can compare to what we used to in Ireland.
