My tablet has went in for repairs (brand new) since 28 January, came back not working, went back on 14February, I have contacted customer care and no one since then has come back to me< all I get is sms your service repair is being investigated from Kim Thorton. Manager at Vodacom shelly beach is lost for words as he allso doesnt get any straight answers from JHB service dep. I was told that my brand new Samsung /galaxy tablet has been blacklisted by vodacom service dep and they dont know why>I have been with out this device since 28 Jan 13> ALL I CAN SAY IS SHOCKING, SHOCKING, SHOCKING. Someone at vodacom has and customer services is covering it up and wont replace my tablet, BUT I HAVE TO PAY MY MONTHLY CONTRACT OF R485 PER MONTH>>>>>Lost for words!!!
