Contract reached end of LIfe. on the 9th Jan

To change this contract from contract to prepaid has taken more than 3 days of holding listening to a mind numbing 2 bar on hold torture - and even after speaking to a consultant in the accounting department.
The contract was still not changed.!!!
and I had to do it all again on the 10th
and again on the 14th

very bad service.
