This is the third time I'm being subscribed to one of MTN WASP affiliates without my permission. Contacted the call center 13/01/14. How does a member become subscribed to a service without consent, very simply MTN will allow these so called people to just select your number and subscribe you. I don't use my phone to visit the internet as I had previously been billed by Mira Networks without consent and was refunded. But again I noticed that even when i don't use my phone, i am being billed, in September 2013, I contacted MTN, Airtime, Data, and SMS's was all at zero balance? Did not understand, was told by a consultant, I will be contacted withing 24 hours, 4 months later still no resolve or contact. Again I am being subscribed without my consent in December by Victoria Technologies, MTN claims I agreed to this. i know from previous experience not to even read these messages, when I check my phone for the date, on SMS's received is from MTN, for that date??? If I did not get in touch with MTN I would not even been aware that I am subscribed again. No decent response on the first on, no response at all on the second one and now I am being told that I have to wait for a response.
