I applied for a MTN Data only account for my company, Britain Property Investments on the 29th of December. I respect that they have a busy season but to wait 2 weeks for a data account approval is ridiculous. On top of that, you cannot contact the store directly, I have been to the store 6 times to follow up, No body calls back with a response of any kind, Not even the manager Tyrone. I only got 1 sms from Julian after the 8th time trying to make contact with them. All this for a R129 contract a month. This is very disappointing. I am a long time subscriber and Once proud Shareholder of MTn stock.
