For the past months my cellphone bill had gone higher and higer inspite of me refraining from using my cellphone. I queried my December cellphone account with MTN which amounted to R900 and I was informed that I have been paying for a subscripton to a "Mira Networks" for the past 6 months. MTN consultants advised me to contact Mira Networks for a refund. Since to my knowledge I have never subscribed to anything, I was told that Mira Networks had probably sent me an SMS, to which I was automatically subscribed to just by openining the sms. This is totally unacceptable either from Mira Networks who have subscribed me without my consent and from MTN who have not informed me of anything - those cost a hidden into other cost like "MTN subscrition". At the end of the day as a customer I thought this was relevant to my cellphone cost, but I was getting ripped-off without knowing. I wish to have the money charged by Mira Networks, from whom I have had no feedback except the unsubscibe sms, to be refunded to be in full. Mira Networs 0861106472. I have tried calling MIRA Networks & have sent emails, but no response.
