I know I'm not an easy customer, but I have to commend Donovan Pillay for his help in getting my renewal sorted. I ordered a tablet which was to be a Christmas gift for the better half. Initially there was some problems on their side with loading the tablet onto my contract onto the system, but he made sure that it got sorted and sent the Iburst driver, not the courier to make sure the delivery was still made the morning of 24 December.
Thank you Donovan, you really went the extra mile.
