Illegal billing for subscription

According to my vodacom invoice I subscribed to R7 per day 18 content from mira networks. I have only noticed now, and upon further investigation I have been billed since October 2013. i have since asked to be unsubscribed but would like to be refunded. Why and how must I pay for something I did not subscribe for.

Furthermore, I understand that it is an SMS service whereby you are suppose to verify the subscription and there is absolutely no way I could have sent/received SMS's from the service because the SIM card is in 3G router and has never been used in a phone. So I don't see how I could have subscribed to an SMS service on a 3G dongle plugged into a router.
