I have had a Cell C contract for 5 years - I currently have 3 contracts - one of which is for my teenage daughter. When I took out her contract some years back, Cell C advised me to keep her Vodacom number - well needless to say what a mistake. I have reported problems with this over the years but now my daughter's phone is useless as no one can call her - Vodacom has discontinued her number - Since Thursday 5 September I have been trying to get Cell C to sort this out - I have spoken to Neo, Sam, Mr Pietersen and today Santana. All have PROMISED to sort it out - do you think today 12 September anything has been done? NOTHING. I have paid faithfully every month - but when I have a problem Cell C does not care - I am paying for a useless phone - and they promise every time to sort it out - I have received one call for my 5 calls - I would not recommend Cell C - I think I should move back to Vodacom!
