I recently moved to Cell C on a 2 year contract, but have found that I am unable to make or receive calls from my home as there is no coverage in my area.
I raised a complaint on the website over 2 weeks ago, and have had no response at all.
If this problem can't be sorted out, the next stop will be to the Consumer Complaints commission to get me out of a contract as Cell C can't deliver the goods.
Please call me urgently.
