I'm on contract with Cell C and live next to Randburg Magistrates' Court. Despite the surrounding cell phone towers I have poor to no coverage and unable to make or receive calls in my own home. I have completed a complaints form at Cell C Randburg Squire as well as spoken to customer service via telephone to report the problem and to date no one from Cell C have made contact as promised within 48 hours to arrange a site visit despite having given my work number and email address. How long must I wait before the problem is investigated! My family and friends struggle to contact me and vice versa - this is not acceptable!
