In january I raised a complaint regarding your service and the lack of reception. I got one phone call, and that was it! The coverage is completely unacceptable to the point that I raised a complaint on Friday online as I could not log on telehonically as your call center line was redirecting me. GUESS WHAT, AS YET, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK! NO FREAKEN SURPRISE!!!
I now want to cancel this contract on the basis of failure to deliver on services. The lack of coverage and dropped calls is unacceptable and am tired of following up with CellC - the company who does not give a continential about its customers.
I would rather pay more and be able to make and receive calls. The iphone provide is best used as an iPod because I cannot make or receive calls due to the worst coverage and the dropped calls makes it frustrating to use.
I have only been with Cell C for three months and I am so disappointed and frustrated that I so not wish to conduct any further business with CellC.
Please urgently contact me back in regards to this matter.
