After getting a Cell C contract in February, I am not able to make or receive any calls in the Sandton area (data seems to be intermittent). Unfortunately this is where I work and am therefore out of contact for most of the day and yet am paying for this service for the next 2 years.
I do not expect Cell C to rectify this situation anytime soon as I have filled in a network complaint form in one of their branches and have heard nothing back, there have also been numerous other complaints from other subscribers for the same problem. So I am writing this as more of a warning to other customers considering a move to Cell C.
