I recently port out from Vodacom to Cell C because their adverts claimed they have the "biggest coverage in SA" and the cheapest call rates. I have literally no coverage anywhere i go, all my calls keep getting dropped, people can't hear me on the phone. I can now understand why the call rates are so cheap, because you can't make any calls, the only time i can talk on the phone is when is roams to the vodacom network. I am also going to complain to the advertising board re the false claims of the biggest and best coverage. I would like Cell C to cancle my contract and not make me pay the cancellation fee, i have only had the contract for about 4 months and now use a prepaid vodacom simm in another phone to make and receive calls. My cell number that no-one can ever get hold of me on (Cell C) is my business number, so this is having a massively negative effect on my business. I think Cell C either has to sort their problems out with coverage or apologise in their ads for being deceitful. I have spoken to hundreds of people that have the same complaints re Cell C. SHOCKING SERVICE!!!
