NO NETWORK COVERAGE

I complained on hello peter on the 17th of April 2013 and sent through the required information (please see my mail below).

NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT MY PROBLEM TO DATE!!!

This is a breach of my contract as cell c cannot deliver on what it promises in my contract.

I cannot make voice calls or receive voice calls and I do not have data coverage!!

I will use all the forums available to complain until this issue is resolved!
I logged this complaint and sent the details through that was requested on the 17th April..I recently made a complaint on hello peter and below is the information that you required.

Complaint:

I recently purchased an apple iphone 5 on a cell c contract in order to make use of the phones 3G capabilities, the phone is however rendered useless in my area as there is absolutely no connectivity, this is absolutely infuriating as i am unable to use the internet, email, whatsapp, facebook or any applications on the phone.
I have called the call center to report the problem but this is useless.
If this cannot be rectified i will cancel my contract as i am still in the cooling off period as per the consumer protection act.
I stay very close to the CBD in Bezvalley
