Airtime just vanished

My airtime worth R105.00 vanished including 700 MG. I'm not understanding why this is happening. As this is not the first this had happened. When I called they telling me things that don't make sense saying I was using Internet at a certain time at which I was still in sleeping. Which reminds me that before they did the exact same thing and they said they will reimburse me but later changed their story by blaming my internet connections. A couple of months ago I lost R90 of airtime and MTN never got back to me after making numerous of calls to them. After that I also lost about R50 and R20 but never queried since the first time I didn't get any assistance. I'm just annoyed about all of this as it always inconveniences me. Not to mention that when I took this contract in July 2011 I had been getting phone calls from people I didn't know since MTN gave me a recycled number which the previous owner had recently owned, since I was getting so many phone calls looking for the same person. That alone felt like harassment on my side.

I want to be fully reimbursed and don't care what it takes!!
