The call centre is of no help to the clients!

Veronica from MTN, you have called me back after my 1st complaint on hello peter, i have been trying to get hold of you since last week Wednesday as on your reply you did not leave a contact number. yet when i call the call centres, no one can refer me to you or the department that handles complaints, nor can they give me a number to call you. i have spoken to three agents, telling me that their supervisors will call me back etc, yet no one has called me back. gosh iv had such a terrible experience with MTN, its actually so sad. it looks like choosing to keep the contract was the biggest mistake iv ever made. I FEEL TRAPPED. can someone please contact me ASAP regarding the PRO RATA that needs to be reversed??? now my subscription has been cancelled because of the store consultant giving me the wrong debit order date. he clearly told me that my 1st debit order will come off at the end of january, yet it went off on the 1st so now im stuck on every level. you MTN, REALLY.
