About two months ago i went into MTN to request them to change my debit order date. I received an sms a few days later saying that it has been changed. The change was effective to take place the 25/10 but it did not go off. It went off on the last day of the month. This means that the sms i received was a and the request for the debit order date was never done on MTN side. Why don't MTN ask their clients when the open up the contract on which day the debit order should take place as the other companies normally ask all of their clients. I want this rectified now and i don't want to hear that I need to wait for the change to take effect. plus your call centre is so incompetent. They as k me BS and argues with me what my work number is. FIY a company does not only have one number you can contact them on. I'm so sick and tired of having to fight with MTN. If you do the things right the first time there won't be any complaints about the service you giving to your clients. Please get this right
