Cell C is utterly useless!! 7 months ago I signed a cellphone contract with them and three months down the line the phone started giving me a string of problems, I took it in right away. I then received the phone again and saw that even though I reported a lot of problems they only said that I said "The phone won't charge" NOT WHAT I SAID. I then used the phone another month or so and it started doing the same thing, I took it in again and once again they only upgraded software because I apparently said the phone can't charge! Now while I was on holiday the phone froze up completely and won't even switch on! I looked up the CPA laws and on Cell C's website they state they comply with the CPA laws completely! This is not true the lady at the store just now told me that you can only have the phone replaced if it is faulty within the first 7 days of purchase!! I will not leave this here! I will go to the media and make one of a deal about this because this is false advertising and terrible service!!
