After attempting to follow up on deceased estates queries, i called your call centre to try and locate a phone number for this department. For your information, she advised me that there is no contact details on the system for deceased estates, only for Home Loans and Vehicle Finance. During my sentence, the lady very rudely placed me on hold and put me through to recoveries. The man on the other side was not very helpful either. I asked him to give me a number or email address for the complaints department as I received unsatisfactory service. And he politely advised me to contact Hello Peter. I was so shocked by this and told him that it is very unprofessional to recommend Hello Peter than to sort the matter out internally. I was merely trying to follow up on correspondence I sent to the Milnerton Branch 7 weeks ago. I have other queries outstanding for other accounts for the same amount of time. To date, no reply. Terrible terrible terrible service. We also followed the call centres advices on how to obtain the information we need to administer this estate, and we are no further than when we started.
