A consultant at autopage call me offering a better cell phone package than i have currently. i agreed on the terms that it will replace my current contract and it must no be a second contract as i cannot afford it. the consultant confirm that it was not an addition contract but an replacement. the cell phone was delivered to my work and it was said to me that my number will change and which means the current cell number will no longer exist. a few days upon receipt and activation of the new line my old line was still working. i went into autopage menlyn to check why the old line is still working only to find that i have now two contracts which was not as per aggreement. autopage said in their defence that it was a third party that offered me the contract but my question is why was i called with the impression that it was autopage offfering me the contract why was my details given to a third party. i ordered for the contract to be cancelled and which autopage did but both numbers old and new were cancelled and this was almost a month ago. i've been to autopage menlyn i don't know how many time and still this matter has not be resolved.
