Do NOT upgrade at Autopage

I did an upgrade in April via Autopage Centurion. The upgrade was due to go through end of August. When the upgrade was due, they informed me that Vodacom do not support the package I've asked for in April. It is almost October and I am still on my old package. Autopage is also not helping me to resolve the query. My recommendation, leave autopage because they do not care about their customers. I want to stop all contracts with them.
