In June we went into the store as it was time for an upgrade. We were told categorically by Kyle, that CellC did not have the Control Chat 350anymore, which we had had for years, but it had changed to a S4 100 Straight Up and would work exactly the same way, ie: that once the 100 smses, 100 mins and 1000mbs were used up, we could then top up/ buy more air time. This new package would come into effect end August.
The new package has come into effect, but I am unable to Top Up/buy airtime. This is a contract and cannot be topped up. Kyle promised me that it was NOT a contract.
I went into the store to try and sort it out on 5/12, was then contacted on Monday saying nothing could be done now. I phoned Head Office who told me nothing had been lodged about my complaint nor that I have been into the store. Head Office took my storey, said they would escalate it and I would be contacted within 24 hrs. That was on 09 Dec ref: Patience @ 2.25pm. It is now 17th and not a peep from Autopage. I really want to get this resolve as this is the what was agreed with when signing the package with Kyle. I have been an Autopage customer for years.
