The charging pin on my blackberry 9360 doesnt charge - cell c has now told me that i am using a replica charger and the charging pin is not part of the guarantee my phone is in perfect order brand new not even a year old and now there are refusing to replace or fix my phone there say it is my neglience.
I think this is unfair -as my contract with them only ends nov 2014
