I purchased a brand new Blackberry 9360 in April 2012 for R3200.00 from Markhams Highland Mews in Witbank, Emalahleni. In November 2012 my charging pin was loose and therefore I could not charge my phone. Due to the phone being bought brand new it was still well within the warranty /guarantee period, therefore I took it to Markhams for the repair. They took the phone in for a FULL 3 WEEKS! Having followed up time and time again I was told the phone is still being assessed, after 3 FULL WEEKS I was told the phone is not repairable and suffered physical damage, I would have to repair it at my own cost, however when the phone was returned to me, it was not just my charging pin that was damaged but a host of other damages which were not there when I first took the phone for the initial repairs. From just a charging pin being loose, instead of repairing my phone, Markhams opened it up and damaged my phone even further and now want me to pay for the damages incurred. I would like this issue to be raised and investigated in detail as I am highly disappointed and appalled by the service received from Markhams.
