In January 2012 I purchased a Blackberry 9360 from Autopage cellular at the Galleria Mall in Amanzimtoti. Approximately 8 months later I began experiencing problems with the phone. It was still under a guarantee so I took it back to the store and the phone was sent in for repairs. Weeks later I got a call from the store saying that the phone could not be repaired so they were going to give me a new one. I went to pick up my "new phone" but was actually given a second hand one. Approximately 6 months later the second phone started to play up. I called the store to find out about the guarantee on the second phone and they are not interested in helping me. I have not heard from them about what they are going to do about this issue. They were supposed to give me a brand new phone along with a new guarantee as they were not able to repair mine that was still under guarantee. I advise all of you to refrain from doing business with Autopage cellular Amanzimtoti as they have terrible business etiquette and sell unreliable goods.
