Unable to keep to commitments

I applied for a landline and ADSL line on the 2nd of January 2014. On Monday, 6 January 2014, I phoned and spoke to a consultant who informed me that my instalation was set for the 9th. I made all the neccesary arrangements, puting in unpaid leave.

On the day I phoned at about 8:30 and the consultant told me that every thing was fine and set for the day. At 12:25 I phoned again to follow up and was told by a very rude and arogant female consultant that "If it was set for today, it will happen today." At 16:00 my we phoned again and spent over 40minutes on my cell only to be told that my instalation was not going to happen, as it was only set for the 14th.

The next day I phoned in and insisted on speaking to a supervisor, after holding for about 15 minutes I was speaking to Adel Odendaal. I explained to her what happened and she said she will phone me back. Later about she phones me and tells me my lines will be installed on the Saturday.

Saturday morning I was phoned by the engineer who told me that he will not be able to install my lines as was arranged as I have not yet been assigned an ADSL port and it will have to be refered back.

I find this completely unacceptable
