I took in my Blackberry for repairs which is on a 2 year contract because it was freezing, no one came back to me about the phone after the 2 time I went there they told me "Oh your quote has been here for a week already" So the gave me a quote telling me my lens and track pad is faulty and charge me R405 to repair it. So I told the lady there was nothing wrong with the lens or anything when I brought I in the phone was freezing can she please explain to me why it is faulty she told me she don't know and I'm not allowed to speak to someone at the repair centre so she cant tell me?? What?? I asked her why I must pay for the repair the phone is on contract? She told me my phone is out of guarantee they only give 1 year guarantee but if I don't want to repair the lens I don't have to but the price stay the same because the phone is out of guarantee?? So actually they repair the phone free of charge but they charge me R405 because the phone is out of guarantee?? Which is ridiculous to me because Vodacom and MTN both give a 2 guarantee. They would have come back to me with an answer its been 4 days now no reply!! the phone have been with them since 10 May! Going to cancel both contracts
