I contacted the cancellations department today, to find out how much I would pay to terminate my contract early. I have until May 2013 to go. I was told that I would have to pay for the outstanding balance as well as the remainder of my contract. I have a R 315.00 Top-Up contract and I can understand the outstanding balance, but I cannot see why I must pay for the remaining months of the contract if I will not be able to use the airtime! This is ridiculous!! The lady I spoke to wasn't even friendly. Please revert back to me. Porting my number to Vodacom, was the biggest mistake I've ever made.
