Logged a data request and nothing has been done!

I logged a data request on 3 May 2013 because I updgraded to an iPhone and had issues with being transferred over to the new package. But the big issue came when the phone started working. It just lost the network and I had to restart it, once it was restarted I immediately got an SMS saying that I'm out of Data. My data settings were off the whole time because I use wifi.

After logging the request I was told that it will take 14 days to be resolved and I was given a service request number: S3-TP32D-DVE8B. After not hearing from Vodacom I decided to call on 19 May and the consultant told me that the issue will be resolved on the 21st of May. Nothing has happened since then. I called again today, 26 May 2013, the consultant told m that the issue has been closed because "whatsapp" chowed all the data. I told her that this makes no sense because I'm on wireless in the office and at home, and besides that its impossible for whatsapp to chow that much data at a single go. She then transferred mw to DATA and the guy who was helping me told me that the lady was talking nonsense and also that they can not trace my service request and there's nothing he can do but log another request.
