Purchas airtime of R279 Tuesday 24 Sept 2013

I have a pre paid sim card of vodacom that I use for internet purposes With my vodafone stick on 24 Sept I decided to use my simcard for internet I loaded a 1Gb bundel on the cellphone nr 0715839088 as I usually do using cellphone banking. After receiving a confirmation that it has been successfull I inserted the vodafone stick on my laptop and noticed no confirmation sms came through I thought something must be wrong I took my old nokia phone and inserted the simcard in the phone and it read sim registration failed I couldn't understand why I then took my back up sim card - 7months old I inserted the sim and it also red sim registration failed I then called Customer care on 082111 as I was concerned that my 2 sims were not working and I loaded a R279 1GB data bundle I spoke to a call centre agent and she advised me that if you do not use you sim for 215 days vodacom delete your nr I was never informed about this, had I been aware of this rule I wouldn't have bought a bundle for that simcard now R279 has just gone missing and what about, my other sim that was used about 6months ago not even 215 days ago and now it has also been deleted. I demanded to speak to a manager.pls call me
