Vodacom does not sort out queris

I have queries with vodacom about my data that did not get carried over from Dec to Jan. I have had no contact from vodacom on numerous occasions, and have been waiting since the beginning of Jan to have this sorted out. then my service request gets cancelled, as the agent apparently clicked on the wrong button making then wait for a fax which I have no knowledge of as they cannot get my querie sorted out.
