VODACOM HIDDEN COSTS NIGHTMARE!!!

I TOOK A CONTRACT PHONE (BLACKBERRY Q10) ON THE 11 DECEMBER 2013. ON A PACKAGE THAT INCLUDES 75MINUTES, 200 SMS's, 200MB DATA BUNDLES ON AN OPEN LINE.WHICH I HAVE TO PAY R299 FOR . I HAD OVER 100MB DATA CARRIED OVER TO JANUARY WHEN THEY ADDED 200MB DATA. NOW THEY SENT ME AN SMS SAYING THAT I'VE USED 1318MB DATA DURING DECEMBER 2013 AND I OWE R1200... BUT WHEN I DIAL *111# now TO CHECK BALANCES, IT SAYS I HAVE 48 MINUTES, 277 SMS's, 178.66mb data. I PHONED VODACOM, THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE'S THE OTHER 200MB DATA I GET FOR INTERNET THAT I'VE EXCEEDED AND I HAVE FINISHED IT AND THEY CHARGING ME FOR THE INTERNET. WHICH IS SOMETHING I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT. THERE IS NOWHERE WHERE IT SAYS I HAVE FINISHED DATA FOR INTERNET. SO THEY ARE CHARGING ME UNAWARE. 31 JANUARY THEY WILL TAKE R1200 FOR DECEMBER 2013, AND FROM 01 JANUARY 2014 TO DATE I OWE THEM R707 WHICH THEY WILL TAKE 28 FEBRUARY 2014, WHICH MAY INCREASE IF I USE THEIR INTERNET WHILE THE BALANCE OF THE CONTRACT I SIGNED FOR SAYS I STILL HAVE DATA. I REGRET EVER CHOOSING VODACOM AND THEIR HIDDEN COSTS.
