I migrated my account from one plan to another on 1 jan. i now have no airtime according to them (i am on a contract so not possible) and am now abroad and i cannot make or receive calls or sms's. so if something is going on in my bank account i wont know. emails, calls by my wife to customer care, even a visit to a vodashop, who could not reach vodacom themselves, yield nothing. it is like they have no customer service.
I am left badly inconvienienced, but why not just answer me.
