Two weeks ago I went through to upgrade a data bundle i had with MTN. Using the current catalogue, the assistant and I agreed on a package which suited my needs. on trying to load deal, a problem was encountered and I was told that I would be contacted when issue was resolved.
I was, a few days later called and notified that the deal that was advertised and I signed a contract for, was being pulled by MTN and I was going to be contacted by the store manager.
I am yet to receive any feedback from the store on my contract or any explanation as to why this deal after being advertised is being retracted and the status of my upgrade
