Unable to reinstate my 3g uncapped package

My account was upgraded in december from a 3gb uncapped data package to a 5gb uncapped data package, or so I was led to believe. As soon as I realised that it had be changed from a 3gb uncapped to a 5gb capped package I went back to them and requested they reinstate my 3gb uncapped. This was done 3 days after the upgrade. They said hey would and when I left clearwaters mtn they said it was done. In december I paid over R5000 for that account for my data usage... on an uncapped package!! It is now the 12th on January and I owe R2000 for data and they are still telling me that they did reinstate my 3gb uncapped account and they will check why im being charged for data!
