My mom bought a cellphone and her sim number was not ricaed because apparently the system was done, another sim was ricaed with the same excuse.
the retail lady was not helpful, did not tell her the aspects and rules, conditions of buying a phone.
my mom went back this morning to query the number etc, she was given a number to try by Bernice.
my mother and the manager then tried this number, it still not working. my mom got home only to discover that another number was ricaed by this lady and she did not tell them (my mother and the manager)
she is very unprofessional, does not seem to know what she is doing and my mother was not happy with mentality she was giving my mother that she is meant to know what buying a phone entails.
Even if though she has bought a phone before she expected the lady to explain etc
