Autopage poor customer service

I visited the autopage branch in the northgate shopping centre on the 16 march to migrate to a new contract. After about 45 mins i was told that they could not do the upgrade as the new contract from vodacom was not available on their system. They would refer the migration request to head office and call me on the monday. No one called me on monday. I then logged a request on the on line services. I was contacted on Friday and told that i would be sent the necessary papers to sign. I received an e mail but no documents attached that could be opened. I called Northgate back on Friday and was told that the are still waiting for head office to get back to them! I have been a autopage customer for over 13 years! Poor customer service, really poor.
