Me again! After porting from Vodacom to CellC with a huge effort, I request a twin sim on my account. David suffered to get the request loaded on the system. I aid for the transaction and left with the promise that the twin sim will be activated in 1 to 2 days. Nothing happened so we phone them again, this time they was full of excuses but promise thay wil load the necessary docs / requests to get it activated. Nothing happened again. After phoning Jaco again he then stated this in not possible on CellC (although i paid for it, got the sim and received an SMS). He said I can get my money back. I then phone CellC myself and arrange that it will take place. They are total incompetent and liars and give, like a lot of the others, a real bad name to Autopage. Please arrange that CellC activate my twin sim!
