Airtime vanished

R100 rand airtime vanished last night and when i call the customer care they said its because of the applications which are running on my smart phone they require the use of internet.to my surprise is that no one at Vodacom has disclosed this to me before and i've been using the device for 7 month and never came across such.since i needed to make a telephone call urgently i recharged again and my R12 airtime also vanished immediately. Now how am I suppose to utilize my device while it just charges me for things i do not have knowledge of. i wish i never ported to Vodacom from the very beginning. Very disappointed and unhappy consumer. I think cancelling the contract will be a perfect remedy for me.
