MISSING DATA /AIRTIME

It is the 7th day of the month and for no reason I have a 0.0 Rand value and a 0.0 data value. Proir to this I have always had an excess of data and airtime remaining on my account. This it is inexplicable to me why two of my cell numbers have no data and airtime on and the month is not 7 days old. Talking to friends and family it seems it is a common problem that is emerging with VODACOM. I know of a few people that have left VODACOM as a service provider for this very reason. A friend had her modem unplugged and SIM cut up, and yet she is still being billed for data used. Some thing stinks here it seems Internal VODACOM are us and we are sitting ducks because HELP DESKs' dont HELP they reprot "it is a system error". Just yesterday my fone reported my subscription is no longer valid??? today it is but no money on my account. Vodacom is shy with answers? VODACOM does not ant to provide reports of data used or call billing data. I want answers... where is my data and money
