In October i took out two cellphone contracts form Telkom mobile. i was assured that there is no connection fee, as it only applies to their internet packages, im well aware of that as i have a internet contract with them as well. in November i recieved my bill. and it clearly shows that the charge of R200 for each phone was credited for the 5gig promotion that came with the phone. however the R4oo was still debited from my account. i queried instore and was told that it should not have happened. i have proof that the complaint was forwarded and yet till today i have not heard a single word from anyone. on more than one occasion i followed up at the store and they have heard nothing. this is unacceptable. as you are quick to debit and double debit without warning. but take your own sweet time to resolve peoples problem where you owe them money
