Account Restricted but FULLY PAID!!! WHY

My service at 8ta / Telkom Mobile was great for almost a year now till someone changed my debit order date before my salary is paid in. The next month when they tried to take the money out of my account they took a double premium "the outstanding amount plus the new amount", but in the middle of the month, again way before my salary date.

I'm always struggling with something at 8ta / Telkom Mobile and they always say they're going to escalate the problem, then 2 days later its just escalated again, this is going on from the 24th now, not even counting the other arrangements asking to set my debit order date back again to the end of the month.

The system shows that everything on their side is fine but my side tells a different story. "Sorry Restricted, cannot make this call" everything is linked to my sim and I can't even use my other accounts ex Internet 5 Promo.

I'm going to take all my contracts when they expire to Cellc/vodacom and advise everyone to do this switch.

8ta / Telkom Mobile is the worst company ever from when I started there till the end!!!
