Upgrade Failed

I upgraded on 2/1/14 to a TV & MTN Broadband 1G Top up. I was told it will take 3 weeks for the TV to arrive. I received an sms saying I successfully upgraded. I put my sim into the modem & used it as I was instructed that I will not be able to receive any calls & I can only use it in the modem only to find out later that this was incorrect. I then checked my balances & it said I had an un-billed balance. I left the sim out because I'm assuming I now used from my open line! I called in and they said my upgrade will activate on 11/01 WHY? I went back to the store and they assured me I can use the sim in the modem, I did not! Today I received airtime which was not part of my upgrade & NO data! I called & went to the store AGAIN! My 4th time now being there, they tell me its updated on their system but not the network. I called 808 too. How has this now become MY problem? The TV, My order was received but they didn't get all the paper work. I went BACK to the store and they showed me they did send it! So my question now is, HOW long now before I get my TV & get this upgrade issue resolved? How does one mess up a simple upgrade?! Sadly I cant list all my issues! LUCKY! Feedback ASAP.
