I recently lodges a complaint regarding my account that was disconnected. and I was contacted by Telkom mobile of which I was informed that I had to make a direct deposit into they are account (on the 29th November) in order for me to be reconnected again.
I made that direct deposit into their account and the lady that I had spoken to on the phone assured me that my account will not be debited on the 30th as initially agreed an since my account was their collections unit, however that did happen which resulted in me being double billed. I have submitted the proof of the double billing but I have not been reimbursed yet.
Even after I made the first payment to telkom mobile i was told that it will take them 24 hours to reconnect my phone. That was not the case, I had to call them again requesting that they reconnect me.
I am really not pleased with the service that I have received from Telkom Mobile.
