8ta / Telkom Mobile doesn't refund me

We signed up for a 10gig stick for R 230 per month they added two sim cards to the contract they took the whole of November and December to sort it out they debited our account for R 1700 . they said after sorting out the double debited amount R822 will be refunded witch did not happen then they said they have credited our account witch means we should only start paying again at the end of may 2013 and they still put through the debit order and suspended our account. So they are my money. The call centre are incompetent to help a person they cant speak English properly and cant even listen to you. They say they will phone you back but also never happens.
R1700 / R230 = 7.39 months Worth of Internet October 2012 to april 2013 .
