Wrong advertisement / Bad Service

On the Internet was an advertisement for the Samsung Galaxy S111 Mini on SmartSaver 50 with the following: Unlimited Telkom Mobile to Telkom Mobile calls for the first 12 months.(I have proof) When I went to the store the catalogues was different with no mention of the unlimited Mobile to Telkom Mobile calls. I point this out to the consultant and he said that he will input it on the computer that it was a mistake from Telkom and my contract will be changed accordingly. The next month I realised that all calls made to Telkom mobile was deducted from my 50 Minutes Inclusive all-net voice minutes. When I queried this, the shop redirect me to the call centre and the call centre ask me to go to the shop. (Case reference number 6708683). After alot of complaints, little or no feedback of the query and 3 weeks later they changed my contract. Now I received a bill for R3903 for cancellation of contract. Yesterday I tried to get hold of the shop and nobody answered the phone (more than 10 tries) and today still no luck. I can not afford that a debit order of almost R4000 can be deducted from my acc and from the beginning it was a wrong advertisement.. Very bad service
