PROOF OF PAYMENT SENT, NOW NOT BEING ACCEPTED

I spoke to MFC yesterday for the settlement balance of my car.

They gave it to me telephonically, and said they would send me the email - still have not received the email, nevertheless, that is not the issue.

I was told to send the proof of payment, which I did... NOW MFC IS WANTING FULL PROOF OF PAYMENT FROM THE BANK... AS THE MONEY IS NOT REFLECTING!!! Obviously, the money would not reflect as yet, as I am with another bank, hence, I sent the proof of payment.

WHAT IS GOING ON NOW???
